3 And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments.
1 John 5
1 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him.2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments.3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome.4 For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.5 Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?6 This is he who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not by the water only but by the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the one who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.7 For there are three that testify:8 the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree.9 If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son.10 Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son.11 And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.13 I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God that you may know that you have eternal life.14 And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.15 And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.16 If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life—to those who commit sins that do not lead to death. There is sin that leads to death; I do not say that one should pray for that.17 All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that does not lead to death.18 We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.19 We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.20 And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols.
2 John 1
6 Iar iubirea este aceasta: să trăim potrivit poruncilor lui. Aceasta este porunca, aşa cum aţi auzit de la început, să trăiţi în iubire.
Exodus 20
1 Spata dreaptă va fi partea aceluia din fiii lui Aaron, care va aduce pe jertfelnic sângele şi grăsimea jertfei de izbăvire;2 Căci Eu voi lua de la fiii lui Israel, din jertfele lor de izbăvire, pieptul legănat şi spata dreaptă şi le voi da lui Aaron preotul şi fiilor lui ca venit veşnic de la fiii lui Israel.3 Acestea sunt partea lui Aaron şi partea fiilor lui din jertfele Domnului, pe care o vor primi din ziua când se vor înfăţişa ei înaintea Domnului, ca să slujească,4 " Şi pe care a poruncit Domnul să li se dea de către fiii lui Israel din ziua ungerii lor. Aceasta este hotărâre veşnică în neamul lor"".5 " Aceasta este rânduiala arderii de tot, a darului de pâine, a jertfei pentru păcat, a jertfei pentru vină, a jertfei afierosirii şi a jertfei de mântuire,6 Cum a dat-o Domnul lui Moise pe Muntele Sinai, când a poruncit fiilor lui Israel, în pustiul Sinai, să-şi aducă prinoasele lor Domnului.7 Şi a grăit Domnul cu Moise şi a zis:8 " ""Ia pe Aaron şi împreună cu el şi pe fiii lui, veşmintele, mirul de miruit, viţelul de jertfa cea pentru păcat, panerul cu azimile şi cei doi berbeci,9 "" Şi adună toată obştea la uşa cortului adunării"".10 " Şi a făcut Moise aşa cum îi poruncise Domnul şi a adunat obştea la uşa cortului adunării.11 " După aceea a zis Moise către obşte: ""Iată ce porunceşte Domnul să se facă!""12 " Deci a adus Moise pe Aaron şi pe fiii lui şi i-a spălat cu apă:13 Apoi a îmbrăcat pe Aaron cu hitonul, l-a încins cu brâul, l-a îmbrăcat cu meilul, i-a pus efodul, l-a încins cu cingătoarea efodului şi i-a strâns cu ea efodul;14 După aceea i-a pus hoşenul şi în hoşen i-a pus Urim şi Tumim,15 Iar pe cap i-a pus chidarul şi la chidar, în partea lui de dinainte, i-a prins tăbliţa cea de aur, diadema sfinţeniei, cum poruncise Domnul lui Moise.16 Apoi a luat Moise mirul de miruit şi a miruit cortul şi toate cele din el şi le-a sfinţit.17 A stropit cu el de şapte ori asupra jertfelnicului şi a miruit jertfelnicul şi toate obiectele lui, baia şi căpătâiul ei şi le-a sfinţit.18 După aceea a turnat Moise mir pe capul lui Aaron şi l-a uns şi l-a sfinţit.19 Şi a adus Moise pe fiii lui Aaron, i-a îmbrăcat cu hitoane, i-a încins cu brâie şi le-a pus turbane, cum poruncise Domnul lui Moise.20 Apoi a adus Moise viţelul cel de jertfă pentru păcat, iar Aaron şi fiii lui şi-au pus mâinile pe capul viţelului de jertfă pentru păcat;21 Şi l-a junghiat Moise şi a luat din sânge şi cu degetul său a pus pe coarnele jertfelnicului de toate părţile şi a curăţit jertfelnicul, iar celălalt sânge l-a turnat jos lângă jertfelnic şi a sfinţit jertfelnicul ca să fie curat.22 A luat apoi Moise toată grăsimea de pe măruntaie, seul de pe ficat, amândoi rărunchii şi grăsimea lor, şi le-a ars pe jertfelnic.23 Iar viţelul, pielea lui, carnea lui şi necurăţenia lui, le-a ars cu foc afară din tabără, cum poruncise Domnul lui Moise.24 Apoi Moise a adus berbecul cel pentru ardere de tot, iar Aaron şi fiii lui şi-au pus mâinile pe capul berbecului.25 Şi apoi a junghiat Moise berbecul şi a stropit cu sânge jertfelnicul de jur împrejur.26 A tăiat apoi berbecul în bucăţi şi a adus Moise bucăţile, căpăţâna şi grăsimea, iar măruntaiele şi picioarele le-a spălat cu apă.
